Do you have an outstanding sales, marketing and customer service background, strong administration skills with a naturally outgoing and vibrant personality?

Our dynamic team at the AUT Sport amp;amp; Fitness Centre is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and dedicated person with creativity, leadership and vision, who thrives in a team environment, to take up the important position of Customer Engagement Manager across the 3 Centres (North, City and South Campus).

This new role will manage the sales, marketing and promotion strategies and KPI\\\'s for each Centre. They will also manage and systemise customer engagement strategies and the membership database across the Centres.

The ideal candidate will have proven skills in management. They will have strong administrative, organisational, communication skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines and KPI\\\'s.

This is a diverse role which involves working with students and staff of the University along with clients from the community. If you are passionate about people, sales, marketing, systems, and processes, we look forward to your application.
