Do you have an outstanding customer service background, strong administration skills with a naturally outgoing and vibrant personality?

The dynamic team at the AUT Sport amp; Fitness Centre in the North Campus are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and dedicated person for this permanent, full-time position. Days of work are Monday to Friday with shifts between 6am and 9pm.
Our Customer Experience Administrator (CEA) is the face of the centre, and runs all aspects of our frontline reception and the administration of services it provides. The CEA will also supervise casual staff by maintaining effective and efficient systems for smooth operation.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service, administrative, organisational and communication skills. You will also need high attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
This is a very diverse role which involves working with students and staff of the University along with external clients from the community. If you are passionate about people, friendly and outgoing and enjoy working in a team environment, we look forward to receiving your application.
You must be currently eligible to work in New Zealand.
