  • You have strong relationship building skills, you're approachable and you have high levels of resilience and discretion.
  • You understand the customer journey, and you know what it takes to build a trusting relationship.
  • You understand team dynamics, what it means to be a leader and can get the best from people.
  • Being a coach is second nature.
  • You are genuinely curious and interested in fitness.
  • You are adaptable and excel working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • You don't mind working the odd weekend, early morning or late evening.
  • Ideally you would have lead a team before and have been responsible for meeting budgets and KPI's.
  • We do need you to be REP's registered.
  • We would like you to have an NZ recognised Qualification in Sport or Recreation.

If this sounds like the opportunity for you, get in touch. We can't wait to hear from you!
