Fitness Consultant / Instructor

A high end and new women's fitness facility looking to fill the posts of Head Fitness Instructor and Asst. Head Fitness Instructor. Candidates must be Female only since its a ladies only gym.

Main job responsibilities include:
Member consultation and assessment
Creating the proper workout routine
Periodic reassessment of members and amending their workouts as needed
Performing one group exercise session per day (45 mins)
Supervising other Fitness Instructors
No personal training sessions will be provided by the Head Instructor or the Assistant.

Work Hours: 8 hours per day for 5 days a week, and 4 hours on the 6th day. Monthly salary ranges between KWD 850 to KWD 1,100 (Approx USD 3,050 to USD 4,000) depending on experience

We will assist instructors with finding suitable accommodation and provide basic utilities (TV, DVD, satellite receiver, fridge, washing machine) free of charge.

Commission:

As an incentive, we are implementing a potential lucrative commission setup to keep our staff family happy and motivated. It will be directly correlated with the performance of the gym.
