General Manager

Cricket Fiji is the governing body for cricket in Fiji. They are an Associate Member of the International Cricket Council and one of 10 members overseen by the ICC East Asia-Pacific office based in Melbourne. Cricket Fiji is recruiting a new General Manager to be based in the capital Suva and manage the delivery of all Cricket Fiji operations.

Detailed Description
Cricket Fiji is seeking a highly motivated professional with a proven track record for the role of General Manager. This is a prized opportunity for a sport professional to take the next step in their management career and drive the continued growth and development in a country that competes in the World Cricket League.

Reporting to the Board, the General Manager will be responsible for the overall efficiency and delivery of all Cricket Fiji operations. This will not only involve the management and development of all human, commercial and financial resources but also the delivery of the Cricket Fiji Strategic Plan.

To be considered for this role, you will be required to demonstrate that you are a highly skilled communicator with a proven ability to prioritise, negotiate complex issues and deliver outcomes which achieve the Board’s objectives. You must have good financial and commercial experience with a thorough knowledge of Budgets, reports and PL responsibility. You will be an inspirational executive and business manager with the ability to lead Cricket Fiji and enhance the relationships with all key stakeholders.
