Wellness Consultant

Currently we are looking for an exceptional individual to fill our Wellness Consultant position at our Pakuranga Branch which now is under new ownership. The role is varied and will focus on delivering exceptional service, up-selling products, and supporting members to meet and exceed their fitness goals.
Duties include:
* Taking group fitness classes, small group training, and one on one personal training sessions
* Being able to build strong customer relationships
* An ability to work independently, in a team, and use initiative
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets set
* Helping to maintain gym cleanliness to a high standard
* Checking and helping clients on the gym floor
* Assisting members to meet and exceed their fitness goals
* Helping promote the gym in a positive and confident manner.

Qualities we are looking for:
* Self motivated
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude
* Passion for wellbeing, fitness and helping women achieve their fitness goals
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Previous gym experience an advantage, however training will be provided
* Level 3 Fitness Consultant or above qualifications
* Confident and outgoing personality
* Loves variety
