Front of House and TRIBE Team Training Manager
We are looking for a full-time experienced fitness-based Front of House Manager and TRIBE Team Trainingreg; Manager with a go-getting attitude with excellent leadership skills and a strong team approach.
You will be responsible for managing a small FOH team along with managing a team of TRIBE coaches. You will have proven methods of membership retention for both club members and TRIBE members, previous staff management experience including rosters, QCing coaches and FOH performance reviews. All aspects of financial management processes and reporting are required so excellent knowledge of Xero highly desirable.
You will need to be customer focused, goal driven with excellent communication skills, superior English and high quality administration skills. Self-motivation, initiative and high attention to detail are essential characteristics.
You must have extensive knowledge of TRIBE Team Trainingreg; including full module certification in a minimum of two programmes. Current first aid certificate also required. Previous management skills essential.
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring highly efficient operation for the Front of House
Providing leadership, motivation, and innovation to your team
Managing quality, cost control and overseeing rostering of fitness and group exercise
Quality Control, assessing and managing a group of TRIBE coaches
General administration duties
Essential Skills:
Excellent level of communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Previous experience of leading a team of people towards a sales target
TRIBE Coach certified minimum two programmes required
Excellent working knowledge of Xero invoicing / payroll / managing contractors
Passionate about the health and fitness industry
