Ryman Healthcare are looking for a qualified exercise professional to deliver our Triple A group exercise classes three times a week in Invercargill at our Rowena Jackson Retirement Village.
Class time: Monday 9:30/10:30, Wednesday 9:30/10:30am
This is a contracting role and there will be the opportunities for additional hours from time to time. The classes are a circuit class and a pre- choreographed seated format with some standing exercises.
Experience in older adult exercise is required.
