ProActive24 Health and Fitness is looking for an administrative superstar. We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated and extremely trustworthy person to join our team. This person will have a passion for health and fitness and be excellent at managing all things administrative. This includes; bookkeeping, reports, database management, and member services. The role is part-time of 20hours per week. The requirements are:
• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and able to work competently on database management
