Reception and Customer Service

Customer service expert needed! We are after someone reliable and dynamic to work shifts on reception and to be in sole charge of the gym.

2-month fixed contract

We are after a customer service expert!

The role entails being in sole charge of the day to day running of the gym.

Tasks include:

• Opening the gym and completing ‘start of shift’ tasks
• Answering the phone and customer queries
• Looking after members and talking to them about the different services and products available
• Answering membership queries and processing sales
• Small admin tasks and cashing up
• Working to a cleaning roster

The person needs to be excellent in customer service and will need to have the maturity to be in sole charge of the gym.

Training will be given to the successful candidate to ensure members are safely using the gym equipment.

Qualifications and certificates:

Current first aid certificate is necessary

Shifts and hours:

24 hours per week. These hours may fluctuate when 2nd staff member takes annual leave.

Contract date:

10th December 2020 – 10th February 2021

Pay Rate:

$18.90/hour
