- Bachelor of Therapeutic and Sports Massage – 3 years full time
- Certificate in Massage (Relaxation Massage) (Level 4) – 32 weeks part time or 18 weeks full time.

Sport & Recreation
- Graduate Diploma in Sport and Recreation – 1 year full time
- Graduate Certificate in Sport and Recreation – 20 weeks full time
- Bachelor of Sport and Recreation – 3 years full time
- Diploma in Sport and Recreation – 2 years full time
- Certificate in Sport and Recreation – 1 year full time
- Certificate in Adventure New Zealand (Level 3) – 12 weeks full time
- Certificate in Surfing and Surf Lifesaving – 12 weeks full time

Beauty Therapy
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy (Level 5) – 1 year full time (available at both our Invercargill and Queenstown campuses)
- Certificate in Beauty Services (Cosmetology and Nail Technology) (Level 4) – 1 year full time; part time study is also available.

QUEENSTOWN CAMPUS

Sport & Recreation
- Certificate in High Performance Sport (Golf) – 36 weeks full time
- Certificate in Personal Training (Level 4) – 34 weeks full time

Beauty Therapy
- Beauty Therapy Programme (incorporating 5 ITEC diplomas) – 1 year full time

CHRISTCHURCH CAMPUS

Sport & Recreation
- Certificate in High Performance Sport – 36 weeks full time
- Certificate in Personal Training (Level 4) – 34 weeks full time
