Aquatic Co-ordinator
North Shore Leisure seeks a switched-on individual to co-ordinate staff who are involved in our full range of exciting aquatic activities such as swim school, life guarding, water polo and PADI Dive, at all North Shore Leisure sites.
The Co-ordinator will maintain a high standard of customer service, monitor and evaluate team members and systems, engender a positive team environment and develop programmes that ensure all staff are fully trained and experienced in their areas of expertise.Sound judgement, cultural awareness, analytical ability and a focus on quality is required. A relevant tertiary qualification with proven experience in the leisure industry and knowledge of aquatic activities and associated plants and systems is preferable
